Redefining What Eating Well in the City Can Be

We know that living in the city can be a double-edged sword. Cities provide access to jobs, amenities, social interaction, culture, creativity and many other benefits. However, city living also usually means busy lives, crammed schedules and stress — which can take away from our ability to lead the lives of wellness and inspiration that we all aspire towards. We want to help bridge that gap between aspiration and reality by bringing quick and easy access to food that is elevated, inspired and highly nutritious to as many city-goers as possible.

Living with food allergies and traveling frequently, Christian wanted to create a place where busy people living in urban areas could still maintain a healthy lifestyle. Guided by a Michelin star chef in the family, the original menu began taking form.”
